Fees:
First appointment for evaluation, approximately 45 minutes,
scheduled on the hour, $225.
Subsequent appointment for medication management, approx. 20 minutes,
scheduled on the half hour, $115.
Subsequent appointment for individual or family session, approx. 45 minutes,
scheduled on the hour, $200.
Documentation preparation not associated with appointment, $50 per quarter hour.
Insurance plans are not billed by the practice and not accepted for payment. Receipts
for payments for completed appointments are provided directly to you. You may have
the option to submit the receipt yourself to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
However, any reimbursement from your insurance plan would be determined entirely
by the terms of your specific insurance plan. Please check with your insurance plan
to understand their terms for reimbursement prior to scheduling an appointment.
